Ricky Davis Memorial Award

This award is given in memory of Rick “Ricky” Davis, who died of leukemia at age 13. Ricky started swimming at age 7 for the Five Oaks Swim Team. Though not a top swimmer, he gave his best effort and loved to swim freestyle and backstroke. He was enthusiastic about swimming and his team, encouraged others to be the same, and showed remarkable sportsmanship.

The swimmers listed below have displayed those same qualities — enthusiasm, encouragement, and sportsmanship — as members of the Five Oaks Barracudas Swim Team.
